Capital and DDFC partner to support and celebrate the Design Industry

The Dubai Design and Fashion Council (DDFC) was established by the Dubai Government to raise the profile of Dubai as a regional and global destination for design. Leading the development of a sustainable industry, DDFC provides in-depth market intelligence and helps elevate local and regional talent, enabling the contribution of the creative industries to the development of the Emirate. DDFC oversees, supports, promotes and drives initiatives related to 5 key design segments, Architecture, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design and Product Design.

Capital has partnered with the DDFC to promote and celebrate the Design Industry. Capital has won several accolades in Design over the last 21 years in offering top end design education in Dubai, UAE with awards ranging from Dubai International Fashion Week, Bride Shows, Runway Art Shows to Hotel Shows.

The partnership is to benefit the students with access to membership, workshops and talks by leading celebrated designers. All current Capital students will be able to benefit from the arrangement. This will add to the learning experience of the students.
