The CHRM program deals with strategies for the future of organisational HR. The key areas identified are employees, strategy, and the firm’s investment in them. The students have the option to choose tracks from Performance Management OR Resourcing, Talent Management, and Development.

B) Resourcing and Talent Management Track

Talent Development

The course is endorsed by Qualifi, UK, and the course provision is approved by the KHDA, Dubai Government

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students applying for the program would benefit more readily if they meet with one of the following:

• An appropriate Diploma
• An appropriate professional qualification

Mature executives who do not possess the above qualifications but have substantial experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

PROGRESSION

Students would ideally top up into the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) course. Upon successful completion of both CHRP and CHRM, they could then claim the Training Diploma in Executive Human Resources, also approved by the KHDA.
